Enterprise Account Manager – TOLA

Tagit, a cutting edge IoT software company, provides location based workflow automation, compliance management and real-time decisioning solutions for High-Tech, Industrial, Logistics, Government, Education and Healthcare verticals.

We are looking for enterprise account managers who will present Tagit’s value proposition to customers’ business and IT teams and help them transform their internal operations by leveraging our solutions.

Job description

  • Understand customers’ org structure, strategic goals, loss areas and business processes
  • Develop an account strategy for our location based solutions
  • Grow our business with enterprise accounts in High-Tech and Manufacturing verticals
  • Articulate our value proposition to clients’ operations and management teams
  • Build relationships at various levels with our prospects, customers and strategic partners
  • Negotiate and win multi-year contracts
  • Forecast all short and long term opportunities on a weekly
  • Coordinate between Tagit’s engineering, inside-sales, operations team members

Requirements

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions or IT enabled services
  • Prior track record of managing F-100 to F-1000 clients in Manufacturing or High-Tech verticals
  • Proven track record of:
    • Achieving revenue quota and meeting business goals
    • Going deeper, wider and higher in each account and expand business
    • Building great professional relationships with middle and senior management teams

 

Skills: 

  • Must have:
    • Superior communication, presentation and organizational skills
    • Active listening and ‘out-of-box’ thinking capabilities
    • Attention to details and understanding of core business processes
    • Positive attitude towards new challenges with a positive attitude
    • Familiarity with major CRM and Office Automation tools
    • B.S. degree in CS, EE or industrial engineering
    • Good understanding of location and IOT technologies such as RFID and RTLS
